Can we prevent オレオレ詐欺(telephone fraud) with cashless payment?

From the research, there weren’t any website that said about this topic, and I need to do more research on this. However, we can never get away from people trying to trick others, that, if there is a new thing that will be used in daily bases, those people will always come up with something new to trick us.
We always have to be cautious on what we are doing, and get sufficient informations before believing someone else’s stories that is too good.
