What’s the benefit that the government can provide for cash users?

According to our previous post, there seems to be some advantages by using cash.

The next thing is, what can government offer? Through the research, I found nothing about what can government offer, moreover, they are trying to persuade people to use cashless payment.

This is understandable, considering the fact government can get many credit by people using cashless payment. For instance, they want data of purchase records do that they can boost up economies. 

However, it is up to you to decide whether you want to use cash or cashless payments.
